Control Panel 1 - The Hepsia CP is a normal accessory only when combined with the Debian Linux Operating System and is offered free of charge. With Hepsia you can host unmetered Top Level Domains under one user account. This is realizable owing to Hepsia's powerful Domain Manager platform. The other Control Panel interfaces, i.e. cPanel and DirectAdmin, are available solely with CentOS. As opposed to Hepsia, with them you must have TWO different hosting account logins. This is so, since cPanel and DirectAdmin do not deliver any domain registration/transfer/administration services. If you select Ubuntu as an Operating System for your dedicated server, there will be no web hosting CP choice.
Hosted Hostnames 2 - unlimited domains can be hosted with all offered web hosting Control Panel devices, but only with Hepsia you can register/transfer/administer your website names under a single web hosting account. Unfortunately, the cPanel/DirectAdmin hosting CP interfaces do not offer such possibility at all - there is no Domain Manager interface and this is why they necessitate 2 autonomous account logins: 1 domain name administration/billing/support account and 1 web page administration user account (i.e. the actual cPanel/DirectAdmin web hosting Control Panel).
OS (Operating System) 3 - you will see that the Hepsia CP can run on Debian Linux only. It's free of charge to run it on your dedicated web hosting server. Hepsia is not offered with CentOS or Ubuntu. The cPanel and DirectAdmin hosting CP interfaces operate solely with the CentOS Operating System. Neither of them is offered with Debian or Ubuntu.
